Terms and Conditions

These are our booking terms and conditions applicable to all surf & yoga holidays (or all other services) booked with Azura Surf and should therefore be read carefully and slowly.

Holiday Contract
Your holiday contract is with Sté. Azura Surf S.A.R.L. („we“, „us“, „our“), place of jurisdiction is Morocco. The person signing the booking form must read carefully and accept all our Booking Terms & Conditions.

In these Booking Conditions references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

Booking & Payment
After receiving your booking request we will check availability and send you a price offer within 24 hours. Once you accept our price quote and decide to book, you will receive a booking confirmation email with payment instructions.

​To confirm your booking a deposit of 30% of the total price is required. The remaining balance (70%) will be due 5 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made in Euro or GBP via credit card or Paypal (Stripe) too. The payment instructions are provided in the booking confirmation email or checkout process.

Prices
All the prices stated on our website are in Euro. We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold holidays at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed holidays. Once a confirmed booking has been made discounts cannot be asked retrospectively.

Cancellation
If you or any other member of your party decides to cancel your confirmed booking you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. The deposit of 30% is non-refundable.


• Cancellation 5 days before arrival date – 30% of the holiday costs
• Cancellation under 5 days before arrival – 100% of holiday costs


If you are forced to return home early, we cannot refund the cost of any travel arrangements you have not used and will not offer you any refund for that part of your holiday not completed.

Surf equipment
Your surf equipment is your responsibility. We accept no liability for the lose or damage of your equipment during your stay. Any loss or damage to Azura Surf equipment (Surf boards, wetsuits etc.) must be reported immediately and paid for.

Insurance
Everyone booking a surf holiday with Azura Surf must have full travel insurance. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to persons or property during their holiday stay.
Everyone must obtain his or her travel insurance including the sport of surf and yoga.
